1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Rosary73 application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rosary73 is an interactive audio rosary application that allows users to:

• Record prayer audio
• Participate in communal rosaries with 73 unique voices
• Create and join prayer groups (minimum 75 members)
• Access completed rosary recordings
• Gift subscriptions to others

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

After a 7-day free trial, continued use of premium features requires a paid subscription:

Special Provisions:

• Clergy & Religious: Free subscriptions available for ordained clergy, religious sisters, and religious brothers upon verification
• Financial Hardship: Those experiencing financial difficulties may apply for a free or reduced subscription
• Gift Subscriptions: Users may purchase subscriptions as gifts for others

Payment Terms:

• Payments are processed securely through Xendit
• Available payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, QR PH, and credit/debit cards (where available)
• Subscriptions do not automatically renew - you must manually renew when your subscription expires
• You may extend your subscription at any time - additional time will be added to your existing subscription end date
• Prices may be updated with 30 days notice

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Rosary73. Our refund policy is as follows:

How to Request a Refund:

• Email us at support@rosary73.com with your username and reason for refund
• Include your payment receipt or transaction reference
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

6. User Content

By recording and uploading prayers, you:

• Grant Rosary73 a perpetual, worldwide license to use your recordings in rosaries
• Confirm you have the right to share the content
• Agree your recordings may be heard by other users globally
• Understand that prayer intentions may be shared within groups
• Acknowledge that recordings cannot be deleted once incorporated into completed rosaries

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or sacrilegious content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to breach security or interfere with the service
• Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission
• Share account credentials or circumvent subscription requirements
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and prayer intentions. We offer multiple privacy options including anonymous participation and voice synthesis.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user recordings), is the property of Rosary73 and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The name "Rosary73" and associated logos are trademarks of our company.

10. Groups and Communities

Group features are subject to additional rules:

• Groups require a minimum of 75 active members with paid subscriptions
• Group administrators have moderation responsibilities
• Private groups are invitation-only
• Public groups are open to all subscribers
• Groups falling below 75 active members become inactive
• Inactive groups may be archived after 90 days

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to premium features will cease immediately
• You may still listen to completed rosaries you participated in
• Your recordings remain part of completed rosaries
• No refunds will be provided for the current subscription period (except as outlined in the Refund Policy above)

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• Specific spiritual or religious outcomes
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosary73 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, spiritual distress, or missed prayer opportunities.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration.
